Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

Return Authorization: Our team will review your request. Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions.
Ship Your Return: Package your item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank to process the refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Restocking Fee
