Shipping Fees
Domestic Shipping: Orders over RM80 qualify for free standard shipping. A flat rate of RM20 applies to orders below this amount.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days for domestic orders.
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days for domestic orders.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not account for possible delays due to customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Information

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll work with our shipping partner to locate the package or initiate a claim if necessary.
Address Changes and Order Modifications
To change the shipping address or modify an order, contact us within 12 hours after placing the order. We may not be able to adjust your order once it’s processed.
